What if the client gets a reversed card? Say, he gets a reversed 6 of cups? Does the description of the person change from light features to dark?

Hi, Rocco. The appearance stays the same even if the card is reversed. Reversed cards speak more of the inner temperament of a person.

reversed cards mean you didn’t put your cards away correctly lol why complicate things? There are already 78 good and 78 bad reason to a tarot card. There are no rules to tarot but In my opinion no point of reading them reversed. I don’t read my book upside down either.

Yeah, I don’t read with reversed cards either….:)

I don’t read reversed either. My take on it….. the meaning of a card has an effect, and is affected by the surrounding cards.

Plus when youre doing a reading I’ve noticed that a few people tend to freak out when they pull a reversed card. It calms them to know that I dont take that into account.

I think whatever feels right for the reader is the right way.
