    Hi Inger,

I feel bad for asking another question, but these combinations just keep me guessing and wondering lol … I would like to know what it might mean if King of Cups (reversed) and The Fool show up in a reading together?

Thank you so much once again

  2. Inger Bråthen April 20, 2017 at 11:21 am

Hi, it can mean that the person in question will act out of character.

    Hi Inger,

I god king of cups when I ask if my husband will be successful if he start his own business.
Do you think it’s a possitive outcome?
He is a foreign exchange trader so I wish it i wast king of pentacles.

  4. Inger Bråthen April 28, 2017 at 5:56 am

King of cups is a great card to get in business, but it can mean a delay in when he will feel completely secure. King of cups means he will be trusted and he will, therefore, be able to expand on his business.

I did a daily spread for myself today, and the last two cards were the king of cups and tower. What do you think they mean together regarding my daily journey?

  6. Inger Bråthen June 20, 2017 at 4:51 pm

It can mean you will be dealing with someone emotional.

  8. Inger Bråthen June 26, 2017 at 4:10 pm

Hi, this card combination indicates a high compatibility between you and your new love interest. 🙂

  9. Rebecca July 25, 2017 at 3:57 am

Hi, hope you can help I have King of Cups (R) for outcome in a positive reading (Celtic Cross). I pulled a clarifying card and came up with Ace of Cups. I’m very confused since King of Cups (R) is so negative.

  10. Inger Bråthen July 25, 2017 at 11:23 am

Hi, Rebecca. King of cups sometimes shows up reversed when someone is either our best friend and we can do no wrong, or we are their worse enemy and we can’t do anything right. King of cups reversed denotes someone who puts people on pedestals so they can fall down. They expect to be disappointed and are ultimately so afraid of getting hurt that they almost obligate people to let them down so they don’t have to deal with intimacy and being vulnerable.

  11. Charmaine July 29, 2017 at 9:51 am

    Hi Inger,

I asked how someone feels about me, got a 10 of sword and clarified by reversed king of cups. What could this mean?

Im guessing, he is filled with regrets/defeats and have no guts or energy to face me?

  12. A August 6, 2017 at 1:12 am

    Hi Inger,

For the last two weeks of September, I got the overall theme of the King of Cups reversed.

    The clarifying cards were:

    2 of Swords (reversed)
    The Tower

I always look forward to your interpretations as they’ve been extremely helpful in helping me prepare for what’s to come.

I look forward to your interpretation

    Thank you as always!

  13. Inger Bråthen August 12, 2017 at 8:24 am

Hi. King of cups shows up reversed when someone who is friendly and funny shows their other side, a more viscous side. This could be taking you by surprise since you get the tower, and the sooner you see the signs (two of swords reversed) the better for you, and you will be able to detach emotionally and not taking any of it personally.

  14. Gee September 9, 2017 at 9:43 pm

    Hi Inger!!

I would to know if you pulled the King of Cups and then clarified it with the Ace of Swords (reversed) and the 9 of Wands (reversed), how would you interpret this combination? I would greatly appreciate your interpretation. Thank you so much!

  15. Inger Bråthen September 16, 2017 at 8:08 am

Hi, Gee. It depends a bit on the question. This has to do with something that happened in the past, and it could be a past connection with someone you have a soul connection to. There is healing needed in this relationship, and I feel this is what you will get.

  16. Linda October 6, 2017 at 6:21 pm

Hi Inger, I got King of Cups, followed by Temperance and Six of Wands when I asked will I be able to achieve career advancement in the next three months. I’m confused with the combination, can I have some advice from you please? Thank you!

  17. Inger Bråthen October 8, 2017 at 12:31 pm

Hi. Yes, you will. King of cups is the best card to get in regards to career. You are a real people person and this is your best strength. You will be very successful managing people. You get people and people trust and like you like few others. Wherever you can be in charge of managing a team of people will be successful.

  18. Lindsey Hall November 6, 2017 at 2:46 am

Salutations. I’m new in my tarot journey, and often find it overwhelming ; but those moments of absolute clarity in a reading make it all worth it. I drew the sun reversed as something I need less of, and king of cups reversed as what I need more of… could you give me some insight into these cards please

  19. Inger Bråthen November 6, 2017 at 4:20 pm

Sun reversed can mean there are some feelings of insecurities that is clouding your view of yourself that also makes it hard to make decisions. When the Sun is reversed it can mean that you have blamed yourself for something that wasn’t your fault and you could also have suppressed feelings that cloud your judgement. King of cups reversed as somethings you need more of can mean you need to be ‘less’ tolerant of people who put you down and you need to be your own best friend. 🙂 When you become your own best friend, everything will begin to flow in the right direction and you will have many moments of absolute clarity. 🙂

  20. Helena Samu November 7, 2017 at 3:28 pm

Dear Inger, I gott 3 of cups, 8 of pentacles, king of cups to my carrier change, how shall I continue?
5 of swords, 9 of pentacles and queen of wands to what field I should focus on? I’m quite puzzled at this moment, just lost my job at a health food store as a manager. One more thing to add, the transit Saturn is on my natal Jupiter in 5th house, and my natal Saturn conjuct the Moon in the 10th house (Gemini) so they are not in opposition anymore, but Pluto is also sitting in my 5th house for a few more years. Sorry for so many questions. Any suggestions? Thank you! HS

  21. Inger Bråthen November 11, 2017 at 3:37 pm

8 of pentacles next to the king of cups often mean you need to just add one little thing to your resume to have the perfect set up to work in a field you really enjoy. Queen of wands speaks of having teaching talents and 9 of pentacles speak of having the confidence to work very independently. 5 of swords speaks of being able to handle a lot of pressure in career and you thrive on competition. I feel you would love having your own business and create your own brand.
